The reading challenge will consist of the following:

The reading challenge will consist of the following:
- Children can be signed up in person or by phone. Each child will receive a small gift and some supplies for crafts if needed.
- They will read books and fill out logs for every 15mins they read or are read to.
- The logs will be returned to library where they will be entered in for a weekly prize and for the grand prize at the end of Summer Reading.
- For each of the 5 weeks we will handout a Craft bag for that week.
- We will also be offering a few Virtual Programs.
- On July 17th we will announce our grand prize winner
Library Reading Programs encourage children and teens to practice reading and literacy skills, which can help maintain proficiency and counter the summer slide of students who do not read during the summer.
